Special Hearts Club is a community for unique and amazing people who want to be seen and recognized! As a person with Down Syndrome and Pulmonary Hypertension, Eden is familiar with the challenges that many people with disabilities can face in finding and participating in projects with purpose. Many struggle just to be recognized in a self-obsessed society that often ignores or avoids them altogether, but Eden believes this challenge is something we can overcome together. We can find new opportunities for people to shine! If you or someone you know has a unique perspective to share, skills and abilities to contribute, or stories to tell, the Special Hearts Club wants to know! We all deserve a chance to shine and be represented in society. Together we can do this!
